When Stella and I were looking into a new home, we were not sure whether we should build or simply purchase an existing home. We had several people advise us that we should build a home so that we would have exactly what we wanted from the start. We decided to form our own opinion and look at both options. When we met with Mr. Jones, a personable yet professional meeting shadowed our basic opinion. When we learned that Abel was being transferred to Las Cruces we flew out to find a home. We spent the entire weekend looking at homes that were within our price range and we returned home disappointed and discouraged. We monitored new listings in the Las Cruces area and returned several weeks later hoping that we could find our new home. We looked at several homes and we were beginning to panic until we walked into the home that you had just completed. You will never know how relieved we felt to find our new home.
